Summary/Objective:  The Technical Integration Lead will own technical delivery of complex signal integrity systems and processes by driving definition, clarity, risk closure, acceptance criteria, and operational readiness across engineering, operations, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Translate program goals into clear technical deliverables and integration plans.
  • Drive execution across electrical, mechanical, software, and operations stakeholders; proactively identify and resolve gaps early.
  • Aid in the definition and maintenance of acceptance criteria and validation evidence for delivered processes and systems (repeatability, calibration stance, data conventions, and operator readiness).
  • Ensure alignment for system and process deliverables; examples include documentation packages, 3D models as needed, software readiness, and programming/API guides when applicable.
  • Identify long-lead items and sequence procurement and approvals to protect schedule; coordinate dependencies across sites and work centers.
  • Coordinate organizational readiness for deployment.
  • Facilitate recurring technical program reviews with status, risks, and decisions needed; ensure actions have clear owners and due dates.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to improve execution patterns, templates, and standards for repeatable delivery across programs.

Required Experience:

  • Engineering background with demonstrated ownership of technical delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering complex systems and processes that span business segments.
  • Comfort defining requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation evidence; ability to drive closure on technical decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead technical reviews and coordinate stakeholders without relying on hierarchy.
  • Experience in a high-speed electrical design and validation environment is strongly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with SI principles, test equipment, and associated automation/analysis workflows.
  • Experience working with external suppliers on integrated systems and translating requirements into deliverables and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of data traceability and reporting practices; comfort standardizing templates and playbooks.
  • Experience supporting deployment to multiple sites and scaling processes for repeatable execution.

Preferred Education: 

  • BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
