REQUIREMENTS

Prior experience in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and/or trade secret.
A bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred. 
Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior writing and communication skills. 
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
