Position Summary
As a Technical Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels. This position will work with various stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions. In addition, this role will be involved in the design, development, testing, and deployment of custom applications, integrations, and enhancements for MPI systems and data processes. Critical for success are strong communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

What It Takes
  • Associate degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination
