  • Research emerging AI tools and connect them into Salesforce and other client systems to expand solution capabilities
  • Document a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
  • Support the configuration and development of the environment according to client specifications and project scope
  • Write and execute unit tests, and document application functionality
  • Collaborate with team members to validate that Solution meets business requirements and functions as desired by the client
  • Develop training materials for users and other consultants
What We're Looking For
  • Willingness to learn in a rapidly moving environment
  • Foundational programming knowledge (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, Java, or a similar object-oriented language)
  • An interest in learning Salesforce development with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Active in learning new AI tools and finding ways to connect them into client solutions
  • Demonstrated self-starter
  • Results-oriented, able to take a task and achieve objectives with minimal guidance
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well both individually and within a team
  • Comfortable working in a small company and a fast-paced environment
