Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage projects from initiation through production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, Security, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
This role requires expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery, along with strong leadership in project planning, risk management, budgeting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology projects from planning through production stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, QA, Security, Operations, and third-party vendors.
  • Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and governance.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.
  • Track project progress, KPIs, financials, team velocity, quality metrics, and delivery milestones.
  • Drive testing, release management, deployment, cutover, rollback, and production support activities.
  • Communicate project status, risks, escalations, and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC, security, audit, regulatory, and change management standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contractual deliverables, and third-party dependencies.
  • Mentor Project Managers and Scrum Masters while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Technology Project or Program Management experience.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
  • Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with system integration, infrastructure, testing, release management, and production support.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
