The Projects and Services Manager II is responsible for managing the overall delivery of multiple complex projects. This role provides leadership and direction through project completion.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Ensure project milestones & goals are met in a timely manner while adhering to the approved budget, and meeting or exceeding quality and reliability technical standards.
  • Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
  • Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
  • Oversee the assignment, development, and performance of project managers.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, business or related field.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience and 2+ years leadership experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience handling complex construction projects and managing alignment with customers on preconstruction deliverables and schedules.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with quality, field service and engineering teams.
  • Results orientation and motivation to ensure all related parties have what they need to meet on time project delivery.
