The Opportunity

Weโ€™re looking for a motivated and customerโ€‘focused Project Manager who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and delivering successful outcomes. In this role, youโ€™ll manage projects from concept through completion, working closely with customers, field teams, and internal partners. What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Take ownership of your projects by planning site visits, travel schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with Territory Managers, Designers, and Inside Sales teams to coordinate project requirements, safety considerations, and site logistics.
  • Develop and maintain project plans according to our ERP system, proactively adapting timelines and priorities as projects evolve.
  • Visit customer sites to document and verify measurements, support installation activities, and quickly resolve questions or challenges.
  • Participate in planning meetings to share updates, coordinate resources, and keep projects moving forward.
What You Bring
  • Experience managing projects in industrial manufacturing, utilities, food processing, OEM environments, or related industries.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage schedules, travel, and multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and comfort working with technical drawings, engineering specifications, and/or CAD-based workflows.
  • Strong communication and relationshipโ€‘building skills with customers, contractors, and crossโ€‘functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 75%) and engage directly with customers in the field.
  • High level of experience preparing mechanical drawings and interpreting field measurements.
  • General knowledge of piping components including valves, fittings and boilers.
