About the Role
Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of executing projects from concept through startup with minimal ramp-up time.
Key Responsibilities- Lead CAPEX projects from:
- Design & engineering
- Construction & installation
- Commissioning & startup
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and execution activities
- Coordinate contractors and field activities
- Review and define:
- URS
- Equipment specifications
- Layouts and process flows
- Support vendor evaluations and technical selections
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, and Validation teams
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with GMP standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or GMP-regulated industries
- Strong experience managing CAPEX projects end-to-end
- Experience with construction, commissioning, and startup activities
- Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- PMP Certification
- GMP and validation knowledge
