Location

Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Applications & Analytics Platforms partners with business and technology stakeholders to identify, plan, and deliver multiple technical projects supporting enterprise information systems, infrastructure, enterprise applications, analytics platforms, business intelligence, data integration, and operational technology initiatives. Using established enterprise project management methodology, this role leads cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
In addition to project delivery responsibilities, this position serves as the technical coordination lead for assigned enterprise platforms, including Tableau Server and SAS environments hosted on Windows Server. The role works collaboratively with Infrastructure, Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), End User Services, vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate platform administration, maintenance activities, production readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Manage multiple concurrent technical projects supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, data integration, and operational technology initiatives.
  • Apply enterprise project management methodology throughout initiation, planning, execution, testing, implementation, transition to operations, and project closeout.
  • Develop project charters, communication plans, work plans, schedules, budgets, deployment strategies, testing plans, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Lead project meetings while managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, approvals, resource coordination, and project governance.
  • Partner with business sponsors, architects, infrastructure teams, developers, vendors, and operations leaders to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide executive-level communication regarding project status, milestones, risks, financial impacts, implementation readiness, and project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business operations and Information Technology for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business and functional requirements, coordinate solution design activities, and obtain business approvals.
  • Provide guidance for ServiceNow demand intake, project prioritization, governance processes, and implementation planning.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), model office testing, implementation readiness, production validation, and operational transition.
  • Coordinate technical activities supporting Tableau Server and SAS server environments hosted on Windows Server.
  • Coordinate Tableau Server administration activities including site provisioning, user and role administration, Active Directory integration, authentication, licensing, content migration, performance monitoring, software upgrades, release coordination, and end-user documentation.
  • Coordinate SAS administration activities including maintenance planning, configuration management, licensing renewals, quarterly hotfixes, software upgrades, production support, and scheduled maintenance windows.
  • Partner with Infrastructure teams to coordinate Windows Server maintenance including operating system patching, server backups, virtual machine snapshots, disaster recovery planning, security remediation, and environment readiness.
  • Partner with Identity and Access Management teams to coordinate Active Directory security groups, user provisioning, authentication, role-based access control, and governance.
  • Support enterprise file integration initiatives involving authorization, eligibility, reporting, data warehouse loads, and application interfaces by coordinating activities across EDI, Client Data Services, Business Intelligence, Operations, vendors, and trading partners.
  • Assist with business requirements documentation, testing coordination, implementation support, production validation, issue resolution, and post-implementation support for enterprise technology initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years project management experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development with 2 years spent working in a lead role on one or more projects; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Requires experience in creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, negotiation, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment and communicating effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Requires experience working with project management tools, documentation tools, and reporting tools required.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience managing enterprise technology projects supporting infrastructure, enterprise applications, analytics platforms, business intelligence, or data integration preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau Server administration including site management, permissions, licensing, performance monitoring, software upgrades, release coordination, and user support preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAS administration including environment maintenance, configuration management, hotfix coordination, licensing, upgrades, and production support preferred.
  • Experience coordinating Windows Server maintenance, operating system patching, security remediation, virtual machine snapshots, backup planning, and disaster recovery activities preferred.
  • Experience with Active Directory including authentication, security groups, user provisioning, and role-based access management preferred.
  • Experience coordinating Infrastructure, Information Security, IAM, End User Services, vendors, managed service providers, and business teams preferred.
  • Knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms, business intelligence, SQL, data warehouse concepts, ServiceNow, and ITIL production support processes preferred.
