Technical Support Desk
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 7:00 PM-6:00 AM
Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hour + Benefits
About the Role
We're looking for a Technical Support Desk representative to provide technical support to customers by troubleshooting product and system issues. You'll work directly with customers to resolve problems, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support requests by phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Document customer interactions and solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering or senior support when necessary
  • Help improve support processes and knowledge base documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-up

Qualifications
  • 1+ year of technical support, customer service, or related experience
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
