What you´ll do

Working in three different locations and business unitsthroughout the program you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience acrossmultiple sales functions, including account management, inside sales, andstrategic portfolio support
  • Collaborate with customers andcross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver innovativetechnical solutions
  • Drive high-impact projects focusedon customer engagement, growth strategies, and commercial excellence
  • Build strong analytical,presentation, and relationship-management skills while working directly withbusiness leaders
  • Develop a broad understanding ofindustrial markets, products, and customer needs through real-world businessexperience and customer interactions
  • Engage directly with customersthrough site visits, meetings, and industry events to develop a deepunderstanding of customer needs and business challenges
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,Business, or a related field
  • Mobility is required; you willwork in three different business units, relocating for three 8-month rotationsacross various company locations within the region
  • Previous internship, co-op, summerjob, or other hands-on experience in a manufacturing, industrial, ortechnology-focused environment
  • Interest in pursuing a career intechnical sales
  • Demonstrated academic achievement (3.0 or above is preferred)
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influenceothers
  • Demonstrated ability tocollaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management andorganizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to new environmentsand challenges
  • Available for full-time employmentAugust 2027

Thesalary range for this role is $70000.00 and $73000.00. This range represents thegood‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting.In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
