Link Solutions Inc. is seeking anย Associate Technical Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

The Associate Technical Recruiter will support the full recruitment lifecycle for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and corporate positions supporting federal government contracts and business operations. This role will be responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and other recruiting tools while partnering closely with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience working with applicant tracking systems, and a foundational understanding of technical talent across Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, Enterprise IT, Application Development, and emerging technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to grow their career in federal government contracting while helping build talent pipelines that support Link Solutions' current and future business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities from requisition intake through onboarding.
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Identify and engage candidates for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and other technical positions supporting Federal Government contracts.
  • Conduct resume reviews and candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, technical experience, certifications, and alignment with position requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and resumes for presentation to hiring managers and clients.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within SmartRecruiters and other recruitment systems.
  • Support proposal and business development recruiting efforts when required.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources regarding offer letters, onboarding activities, and new hire orientation.
  • Coordinate with security personnel regarding clearance requirements and candidate processing.
  • Assist with employee referral program initiatives.
  • Represent Link Solutions at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting activities.
  • Utilize social media and digital recruiting strategies to enhance employer branding and attract qualified candidates.
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers, candidates, universities, professional organizations, and recruiting partners.

Salary Range:

  • $55,000 - $60,000 annuallyย 

Several factors influence the final salary, including but not limited to relevant work experience, role-specific skills and competencies, and educational background. If your salary expectations exceed this range, we may consider you for future opportunities if they become available.ย 

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, including sourcing and screening candidates for Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or other technical positions.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday Recruiting, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, etc.)
  • Foundational knowledge of Information Technology and Cybersecurity recruiting concepts, technologies, and skill sets.
  • Ability to review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against technical job requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with customers, leadership, hiring managers, and team members in a mission-focused environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a proven ability to follow through on tasks and commitments.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers, recruiters, and Human Resources personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity/Experience with SmartRecruiters applicant tracking systemย (ATS).
  • Experience recruiting within the Federal Government contracting (GovCon) environment.
  • Experience supporting positions requiring security clearances.
  • Foundational knowledge of Information Technology and Cybersecurity disciplines, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Cloud Modernization, Enterprise IT Operations, Application Development, Systems Integration, and emerging technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting proposal recruiting, capture efforts, and business development initiatives.
  • Experience with SmartRecruiters or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
