Role Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in delivering accurate, on-time orders and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and organization within the warehouse. This role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped correctly while serving as a key quality checkpoint before products leave the facility.

Essential Job Functions
Warehouse Operations
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders or shipping documentation
  • Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately
  • Store materials accurately in designated locations
  • Pick, pack, and label orders according to customer and shipping requirements
  • Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including documentation and loading
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and reconciliation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of workplace safety
Value-Added Services
  • Set up and operate bagging equipment to package goods according to customer specifications
  • Assemble hoses and fittings based on customer requirements and quality standards
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Support
  • Deliver inventory to customer locations based on established replenishment requirements
  • Represent the company professionally at customer sites
  • Communicate inventory needs, discrepancies, or quality concerns to internal teams
  • Initiate or support cycle counting activities as needed
  • Safely operate company vehicles and maintain required driving standards

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The warehouse environment may vary from quiet to moderately noisy. Physical requirements, to perform the essential job functions include:
