Normal Hours: Monday - Thursday: 6 AM - 3:30 PM; Friday: 6 AM - 10 AM

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate II, you are responsible for producing quality products safely and efficiently while helping the team meet production and on-time delivery goals. This role requires attention to detail, steady output and strong teamwork
You will:
  • Operate a variety of machines such as CNC routers, lathes, cutting equipment, RF welders, heat seal systems, and industrial sewing machines
  • Set up and adjust equipment to ensure accurate production
  • Read and follow work instructions and drawings to complete tasks
  • Check your work to make sure it meets quality standards
  • Work at a steady pace to meet daily production goals
  • Use tools like overhead cranes and pallet jacks to move materials
  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to patterns
  • Work closely with your team to meet production and on-time delivery goals

  • Work around machinery, materials, and varying noise levels (hearing protection provided where needed)
