Multi Experience Levels - Systems Engineers
Onsite Aurora Colorado, Colorado Springs Colorado, and Denver Colorado
TS/SCI clearance required Mid to Senior Systems Engineer to serve as Product Owner for a missionโ€‘critical satellite ground system capability. You will lead product vision, roadmap, and execution while coordinating across systems, software, integration, and test teams in a SAFe Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Own and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap Drive PI planning and Agile execution with engineering teams Translate mission needs into technical requirements and system designs Manage and prioritize the team backlog Lead technical reviews, demos, and customer presentations Produce technical documentation and implementation guidance Required Qualifications STEM degree + 5 years relevant experience Product Owner/Product Manager or technical leadership experience in Agile Background in satellite ground systems, mission operations, or systems engineering Experience with Jira, Confluence, DevSecOps, CI/CD Active TS/SCI; U.S. citizenship Preferred Multiโ€‘disciplinary engineering leadership Automated test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zephyr) Software development experience (Java, C++, Python) Satellite ground system development or operations experience Salary/Hourly rate ranges DOE from 130K (Mid level) to 210000 + (Senior/SME). We offer a variety of employment options from Consultant (higher pay/hourly rate - no employer paid benefits) to salaried with employer paid benefits.
