    • Ensure our network infrastructure, LaaS (Logging as a Service), and PaaS (Platform as a Service) are securely designed, configured, and patched in a timely manner.
  • Strategy & Awareness:

    • Manage, update, and enforce IT security and privacy policies, ensuring accuracy-based audits to guarantee consistency.
  • Infrastructure Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the IT team to provide comprehensive security support for Windows environments, network components, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud infrastructure.
    • Develop and implement automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to enhance the efficiency of security and IT processes.
    • Oversee identity and access management (IAM) and support escalated service/infrastructure tickets when required.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Information Security and/or relevant IT infrastructure roles (e.g., Network, Cloud, Sysadmin).

Technical Competencies:

  • Cloud & Systems: Strong experience administering Windows environments and Azure/Microsoft 365/D365 cloud infrastructure.
  • Security Tools: Hands-on experience with SIEM software (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel) and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Analysis: Background in Networking, Forensics, and Threat Analysis; ability to interpret logs and indicators of compromise (IOCs).

Soft Skills & Communication:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical security risks effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience updating technical documentation, incident response playbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to prioritize critical incidents under pressure.

Considerations:

  • Relevant IT Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Azure Security Engineer Associate) are highly preferred.
  • You embody a business first mindset, balancing the need for robust security with the operational efficiency required to support our 365-day supply chain management.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
