Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Analyst / Application Support Analyst to work with a vendor workflow application developed by Sungard (now FIS Global) used to manage and distribute work to internal associates. Work comes in from upstream systems and is assigned to a department and task type. Associates process the work by department, task type and action step as required by the business. EXP AG is an Enterprise wide, business critical application used by the majority of business users in the company.

The application support resource will provide day to day production support ensuring the system is functional and stable, will respond to and address system generated alerts, and will work with end users to resolve desktop and/or process related Incidents. The resource will be required to be in an on call rotation to respond to critical issues during off hours.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of application support, systems analysis, or systems administration experience.

- Significant experience supporting Windows 7 and Windows server 2012

- Strong troubleshooting skills are required

- Experience with Weblogic, IBM MQ, Oracle SQL, or VBScript is nice to have.

- Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
