POSITION SUMMARY
Under limited supervision, supports and maintains company ERP systems and related business applications. Responsible for ERP administration, SQL reporting, user support, workflow improvements, and assisting with ERP implementation and migration initiatives, including SAP-related projects. Works closely with internal departments to troubleshoot issues, improve business processes, and develop reporting and automation solutions that support operational efficiency.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides day-to-day support for ERP systems and related business applications. (Essential) 
  • Creates, maintains, and troubleshoots SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support business operations and reporting needs. (Essential) 
  • Develops, maintains, and supports Crystal Reports and other reporting solutions. (Essential) 
  • Assists with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives using Power Automate and related Microsoft tools. (Essential) 
  • Monitors ERP system performance and usage to maintain system reliability, security, and data integrity. (Essential) 
  • Troubleshoots and resolves ERP-related software, hardware, reporting, and user access issues. (Essential) 
  • Recommends improvements to system configurations, workflows, and reporting processes based on business needs and user feedback. (Essential) 
  • Collaborates with internal departments to identify business requirements and recommend system or process improvements. (Essential)

Education

Experience

  • Strong SQL experience including query development, troubleshooting, and reporting. 
  • Experience supporting ERP systems and enterprise business applications. 
  • Experience working with end users to identify and resolve business system issues. 
  • Experience with Crystal Reports preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Power Automate preferred. 
  • SAP experience or ERP migration/conversion experience preferred. 
  • Manufacturing or semiconductor industry experience preferred. 
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
