Job Description

Business Systems Analyst is needed in Pleasanton, CA

  • Implement and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM), as well as Project Portfolio Management modules.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
  • Build solution design and business process mapping with all standard and customized modules.
  • Develop and generate reports using Oracle SQL and BI tools.
  • Develop BI Publisher templates using SQL and XML for reporting requirements.
  • Design test scripts of all sub-processes identified in assessment phase.
  • Participate in and support Conference Room Pilot (CRP) testing cycles, track issues, and assist in resolution.
  • Analyze user needs and recommend system and process improvements.
  • Support financial processes, including month-end close activities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or foreign equivalency in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems, with two years’ experience as Business Systems Analyst.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS, SQL, and XML.

This position requires frequent relocation to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
