Job description

  • Provide support services to clients, management, and departmental contacts
  • Support business development by enabling client requirements, implementing negotiation and sales strategies, and evaluating current program requirements
  • Interface with prospective clients to evaluate and understand program requirements from a functional perspective
  • Enable client requirements and understand application functionality for smooth transition into implementation
  • Support development and implementation of sales and negotiation strategies related to MarketSource systems
  • Assist in designing and specifying client applications as the interface between clients and technical personnel
  • Accompany sales staff on prospect site or field visits, presentations, demonstrations, and prospect questions
  • Participate in departmental projects and ensure established timelines are met
  • Prepare reports, materials, and documentation
  • Update project plans and provide status reports detailing status and timelines
  • Oversee quality resolution of problems and respond urgently to escalated issues
  • Escalate situations outside the employee's control to a supervisor
  • Ensure quality customer service and accurate documentation of customer issues
  • Analyze recurring problems, provide feedback to management and departments, and recommend improvements
  • Create, administer, and continuously update issue-resolution procedures
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, team members, and department contacts
Requirements
