Pay Range

$67,100.00-$92,300.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.

Johns Manville is seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven Associate Financial Analyst to serve as a financial business partner supporting our Insulation Systems division. This is an excellent opportunity to move beyond transactional finance work and directly influence business performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Drive financial performance by owning monthly close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and delivering actionable variance and profitability insights.
  • Translate data into decisions-prepare clear, meaningful analysis of results and forecasts to guide business leaders.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and support leadership with forward-looking financial perspectives.
  • Partner with operations and functional leaders to influence outcomes, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by supporting annual budgets and long-term planning processes.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance financial visibility.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects that expand your impact and visibility across the organization.
