The Business Analyst (BA) partners with business leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that align with business goals. The BA bridges business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Business Analysis & System Insight

  • Collaborate with business leadership, stakeholders, and users to define and document requirements, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate business needs into actionable solutions and specifications.

  • Ensure solutions and documentation meet business needs, including supporting user stories, use cases, and system updates

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities; technical proficiency in SQL, data analysis, diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio), and test management platforms is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Starting Salary Range for this role: $65,000 - $85,000 Annually, DOE
