We are seeking an experienced Staff, Technology Operations to manage and optimize our Atlassian Cloud suite, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and adherence to industry best practices. This role involves supporting users, enhancing workflows, and driving efficiency across Jira, Confluence, and related tools. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage and maintain the Atlassian Cloud suite, including Jira, Confluence, Service Management, Work Management, and Atlassian Guard, ensuring reliability and performance. You will assist users by responding to support requests through the Jira Service Management ticketing system and develop architectural and end-user documentation for the IT Confluence Knowledge Base. You will conduct training sessions on Confluence and Jira, covering tool usage, new features, and best practices. Working closely with the Senior Atlassian Administrator, you will configure Jira workflows and Confluence templates while identifying opportunities for functional improvements. Additionally, you will help configure Atlassian Analytics to deliver actionable insights for IT and business stakeholders.
