What You Can Expect

As an Associate Director,you'llpartner with our clients toidentifyand managefinancetransformation opportunities.You'lldevelop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods.You'lldevelop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.You'llfoster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

• Demonstratedexperience with:

• Core supply chain processes such as, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Accounts Payable,andDemand Planning

• Designing and implementing digital supply chain solutionsandapplying technologies

• Traditional technologies that support key supply chain functions, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Source-to-Pay, Third Party Risk Management/Monitoring,and Procurementorchestration.

• Process improvement, businesstransformationand project management methodologies (such as Lean, Agile, ChangeManagementetc.)

• Financial modeling and business case management

• Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,including withsenior executiveson a global scale.

• Successfully pursuing business development opportunities andidentifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translate and communicateissues, risk, or challengesto client personnel, including executives.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and ProfessionalQualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, orBusiness RelatedField).

• 9+ years working in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, either in professional services or industry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,Exceland PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio, Access, and Tableau / Power BI.

• Professional Certification such as CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma/ Lean Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements vary by client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person inlocal Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
