About the Roleย 

We'reย seekingย a talented and motivatedย Associateย Product Designer to join our globally distributed team. In this role,ย you'llย collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to create intuitive, human-centered digital experiences that solve real problems for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who thrives in a remote environment and is eager to grow their skills while contributing to meaningful product work.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web applications that prioritize user needs and business objectives
  • Work asynchronously and synchronously with product managers, engineers, and designersย locatedย in different countries
  • Contribute to service design initiatives by creating customer journey maps, personas, and touchpoint analyses that reveal opportunities for holistic improvements
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design system by updating components,ย identifyingย inconsistencies, and suggesting refinements that improve usability and scalability across our product suite
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and team members to refine designs through multiple iterations, whileย maintainingย up-to-date documentation that reflects design decisions and changes
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints, feasibility and implementation timelines, ensuring designs are bothย human-focused and technically sound through collaborative iteration and open dialogue
  • Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices in the product design field ย 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or related field (internships and relevant coursework count)
  • Portfolio demonstratingย your design process, problem-solving abilities, and final deliverables
  • Proficiencyย in a design tool such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Basic understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working asynchronously and managing your schedule across different time zonesย 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with prototyping tools like Cursor, Lovable or Anima
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
