Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise SharePoint Online environments
  • Demonstrated expertise with site collections, information architecture, governance, permissions management, and records management
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps Canvas Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Microsoft Dataverse integrations
  • Experience supporting applications throughout the full software development lifecycle in a production environment
  • Experience automating SharePoint administration tasks at scale using PnP PowerShell
  • Advanced SharePoint Online administration expertise, including site collections, communication sites, hub sites, information architecture, governance, site templates, navigation, branding, content types, site columns, lists, document libraries, versioning, retention policies, and records management
  • Advanced SharePoint security administration knowledge, including groups, permission levels, permission inheritance, unique permissions, external sharing controls, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Power Apps Canvas Apps responsive design and user experience best practices
  • Power Automate cloud flows, including approval workflows, scheduled automation, and event-driven automation
  • Microsoft Dataverse enterprise data modeling and application development
  • Strong understanding of Power Fx, delegation, performance optimization, error handling, and resiliency patterns
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action skills
  • Experience managing ITIL-based ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change, and release management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and technical documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: federal government IT program or contract experience, ITIL-based O&M or managed services experience, and familiarity with ATO processes and federal IT security compliance requirements
