What is the opportunity?

Capital Markets Quantitative & Technology Services - Data AI and Research Technology (DART) team is looking to hire a Data & AI Solution Architect to design secure, scalable and cost-effective data & AI solutions for building Data Products, Signals and AI Agents for Investment Banking, Global Markets, and Investment Research.

What will you do?

  • Leads the design of end-to-end technical solution architecture for complex, high impact technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and fosters collaboration to deliver solutions. Leads architecture projects of significant complexity, applying advanced expertise and knowledge to deliver impactful results.
  • Work directly with the product teams to capture detailed requirements and develop end-to end detailed solution architecture specifications covering both functional and non-functional aspects of the product.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Data & AI governance teams to ensure full alignment of solution architecture with enterprise data strategy, AI governance frameworks, security policies, compliance and architecture standards.
  • Partner with engineering teams to validate that the delivered solution is as per the prescribed architecture specification.
  • Present architecture artifacts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Proven experience in architecting agentic architectures, including multi agent systems, MCP integrations and autonomous execution workflows.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, CPU/GPU resource management, deployment architecture capacity planning , scalability ,observability and performance optimization for AI/Agent workloads.
  • 5+ years' industry experience, including 2 years as a Solutions Architect focused on large scale Data and AI projects and 3 Years experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Solid experience collaborating with Engineering teams, Product and Program management, Data and AI governance groups.
  • Strong Proficiency in Python, SQL, Identity and Access management solutions.


Nice to Have

  • Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experience building technology solutions investment banks , hedge funds , asset managers or other financial institutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
