Our software is widely used by pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and regulatory agencies to support drug development and regulatory submissions. Phoenix solutions enable efficient, reproducible, and compliant analysis of clinical pharmacology data, helping accelerate decision-making and improve patient outcomes.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Solutions Consultant to support the pre-sales lifecycle for Phoenix Enterprise’s core and advanced offerings. This individual will collaborate closely with clients, commercial teams, and product management to define, position, and implement solutions that support efficient, high-quality clinical pharmacology and DMPK operations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand technical and business requirements related to clinical pharmacology workflows, modeling, and data governance.
  • Deliver compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. Partner with sales and marketing to develop solution packaging and positioning across Phoenix’s modeling and simulation platform, including automation, integration, and enterprise deployment capabilities.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable product recommendations and custom solution proposals.
  • Support post-sale implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Commercial and Product teams to capture market feedback and contribute to product roadmap planning.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on clinical pharmacology standards, regulatory expectations, and evolving workflows across sponsor and CRO organizations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacometrics, data science, or a related field.
  • 10/15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to both sponsor and vendor-side roles.
  • Deep understanding of the clinical pharmacology and DMPK pipeline, including data analysis, modeling, validation, and submission.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex software solutions in a consultative role.
  • Familiarity with regulatory expectations for PK/PD modeling and simulation, including tools like Phoenix WinNonlin, NLME, and related validation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise deployment of modeling platforms or integration with data repositories.
  • Prior involvement in software product launches or enterprise SaaS implementation.
