  • Support product qualification efforts by designing reliability screening solutions to assess device performance over life testing.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering to conduct ATE characterization, ensuring IC designs and test methodologies meet performance and robustness standards.
  • Deploy test solutions to offshore OSATs and provide support for production ramp-up.
  • Lead periodic test review meetings with key stakeholders to align on project progress.
  • Drive ongoing test time and yield improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing, with a preference for Advantest V93000 experience.
  • Strong background in testing high-speed mixed-signal ICs.
  • Hands-on experience with test solution bring-up and support at offshore test locations.
  • Knowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts and experience with schematic-level hardware design.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Staff Test Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation semiconductor technology while working alongside an elite team of industry professionals.
