About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize innovative software solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming user needs into robust applications, contributing to our operational efficiency and technological advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, define system specifications, and translate them into actionable development plans.

  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the production of desired results.

  • Continuously improve and adapt existing software programs to enhance operating efficiency and incorporate new functionalities.

  • Provide technical consultation and collaborate with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to refine program intent and address challenges.

  • Perform comprehensive systems analysis and programming tasks to manage and optimize computer systems software as a systems programmer.

  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for all program development and revisions, ensuring maintainability and knowledge transfer.

  • Offer expert assistance to computer operators and system analysts, addressing and resolving issues related to program execution.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in software development, computer programming, or a related technical role.

  • Demonstrated experience with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) infrastructure and protocols.

  • Proficiency in utilizing personal computers and a wide array of software applications, including extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex issues and devising effective solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely in English.

  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information and sensitive materials.

Preferred Qualifications
