Job description

Essential Functions
• Perform program maintenance for moderate complexity projects.
• Occasionally perform analysis and develop specifications on less complex projects.
• Test applications and features to ensure work is free from defects before sending to end users for final
approval.
• Assist in providing technical support to various application systems; troubleshooting, analyzing issues and
correcting problems.
• Report to management on project status as requested.
• Develop relationships with end users and other IT personnel.
• Prepare and/or update documentation according to department standards.

Additional Responsibilities
• May provide guidance to Associate software developers.
• Occasionally conduct meetings; prepare agenda and document meetings. Occasionally participate in training
and/or presentations to end users.
• Night call may be required.
• Additional hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.
