What You'll Do

Enterprise Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Global Risk portfolio and help shape the future of the technology platforms that support governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives across the enterprise. This portfolio includes Information Security Risk (ISR), Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, and Internal Audit.

In this role, you will play a key part in our ongoing transformation efforts by contributing to platform modernization, AWS cloud migration, and the advancement of data-driven decision-making capabilities! You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers, and help drive innovative solutions that strengthen our risk management ecosystem.

You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Be a key contributor as we implement solutions that expand and enhance critical business functions, including configuration, security, integrations, cloud/SaaS technologies, and vendor-supported applications.
  • Collaborate with business partners and cross-functional IT team members to solve complex problems, innovate, and explore new technologies and approaches.
  • Understand business and technical requirements to make thoughtful design decisions and evaluate trade-offs across solutions.
  • Demonstrate independence while contributing across multiple layers of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate those needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Contribute to modernization efforts by helping migrate applications to AWS, improving data accessibility and reporting capabilities, and supporting the evolution of legacy platforms.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$94000 - $127000 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
