Job description

We are seeking Survey Technicians to join a growing team!


-Provide indispensable assistance to design personnel, offering direction on drafting methodologies and protocols.

-Harness the capabilities of AutoCAD Civil 3D and associated engineering software to fulfill tasks, ensuring adherence to our benchmarks.

-Produce an array of project-specific illustrations encompassing ALTA Surveys, Final Plats, Dedication Maps, construction blueprints, and layout for construction staking.

-Scrutinize survey data pertinent to projects, appraising extant site conditions while accounting for variables like legal descriptors, ALTA Surveys, easement agreements, and condominium documentation.

-Diligently adjust and refine plans in accordance with revisions mandated by regulatory bodies, local authorities, and clientele, adhering closely to instructions.

-Foster transparent communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders to monitor workflow progress, ensuring the team attains objectives.


Desired Qualifications:

-Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus

-Familiarity with Trimble Business Center

-Minimum Requirement: High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
