Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Cary, Illinois

Coilcraft, Inc. is a privately held global manufacturer headquartered in Cary, Illinois, with a 75+ year reputation for engineering excellence. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you'll help ensure materials and shipments move safely, accurately, and efficiently throughout our manufacturing operation while supporting inventory accuracy and on-time customer delivery.

About the Role and Your Impact
  • Handle and transport materials throughout the facility
  • Perform inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, completeness, and condition
  • Move materials between shipping, receiving, storage, and production areas
  • Compile records for unfilled orders, shipping weights, and freight charges
  • Prepare department records and reports
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
