• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to create tailored, client-centered treatment plans that promote holistic healing.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Engage in a collaborative practice by working with multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care that meets each client's unique needs.
• Provide support for clients navigating complex life transitions, systemic stressors, and social inequities while advocating for their well-being.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our user-friendly EHR platform, ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Participate in optional peer consultation groups, continuing education opportunities, and clinical training sessions to further develop your expertise.

As an LCSW at Mentalis Health and Wellness, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals experiencing a variety of challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, relational difficulties, grief, and chronic stress. Your role will be instrumental in offering therapeutic interventions that assist clients in their healing journey and day-to-day coping strategies.

• Possession of an active LCSW license in California is required, while Associate Social Workers are encouraged to apply for supervised roles.
• A strong foundation in trauma-informed care practices, with proficiency in modalities such as CBT or DBT preferred.
• A commitment to promoting social justice and inclusion, along with providing culturally competent services to clients.

• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting, community-based environments, or teletherapy is preferred but not mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness, particularly in working with high-acuity clients, adolescents, or underserved populations.
• An interest in clinical supervision, program development, or potential leadership roles within the organization.

The salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
