Associate (Service) Advisor

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM (In-Office)

We are seeking an Associate Advisor to join a growing financial services team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. This individual will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, helping answer questions, coordinate service needs, and ensure seamless follow-through after client meetings and annual reviews.

Licensing & Development Support

The firm will sponsor and cover the cost of obtaining:

Compensation
  • $60,000-$65,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential 
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely responses, updates, and a high level of service.
  • Support Lead Advisors with client meeting preparation, follow-up items, and ongoing account servicing needs.
  • Manage client requests including paperwork, account transfers, distributions, and account updates with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Track and follow through on action items resulting from annual reviews and client conversations.
  • Maintain accurate client records within CRM and internal systems.
  • Communicate proactively with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the planning process.
  • Partner with internal team members to resolve client needs and improve service processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and licensing development to expand financial services knowledge.
