Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily operations of the Service Dept. leading the charge to achieve monthly goals on all aspects of customer satisfaction, operations and finance.

  • Must be customer focused with exceptional communication skills. As Service Manager, you will be managing Service Advisors and Service Technicians to assist Customers on all of their service needs as well as making recommendations on needed service repairs. Strive to exceed Service Customers' expectations.

  • Develop and implement appropriate standards and processes to continuously elevate the overall customer service experience.

  • Effectively manage your team of Service Advisors and Technicians to meet all goals to increase sales performance, productivity, efficiency and customer service.

  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Manager

  • Strong focus on providing excellent customer service 

  • Excellent Computer, Telephone & Technology skills

  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED

  • Valid Driverโ€™s License & clean driving record

  • Full-time
