Job Summary:
B&A is looking for a Product Owner to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The Product Owner represents customer needs, manages the team backlog, and ensures PeopleSoft-related deliverables provide maximum value.
Responsibilities:
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Manage and prioritize the team backlog
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams
  • Ensure deliverables meet business and mission needs
  • Support Agile ceremonies and sprint execution

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field/major
    - OR - Three (3) additional years of experience without a degree in Information Technology
  • Three (3) years of experience as a SAFe RTE, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master
  • At least one (1) year of experience specifically as a Product Owner
  • Three (3) years of experience working with PeopleSoft

Required Skills:
  • Experience defining user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a product/team backlog
  • Strong collaboration and communication with stakeholders and development teams
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies

Desired Skills:
  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager

Security Clearance
  • Must hold ACTIVE an ACTIVE Top-Secret Clearance either with an SCI or SCI eligibility.
