What’s a typical day as Associate Scientist – Analytical Development? You’ll be:
  • Developing cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, and/or CE analytical methods for protein biologics
  • Performing and reviewing routine wet chemistry, immunoassays, SDS-PAGE/CE, and HPLC testing
  • Writing, reviewing, and revising test methods, SOPs, and performing trending analysis
  • Leading validation projects and supporting method development initiatives
  • Participating in regulatory inspections and supporting continuous improvement efforts
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a BS degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (required)
  • Bring 5+ years of biotech industry experience in a Quality Control or analytical lab setting
  • Possess hands-on experience with HPLC, CE, or Potency/ELISA assay methodologies (required)
  • Are skilled in protein characterization, electrophoresis, chromatography, and assay validation/qualification
  • Have experience with writing reports, procedures, specifications, GMPs, and regulatory audits
  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Maintain a positive, team-player attitude and excel at building relationships with colleagues and clients
