Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Platform Architect to lead a global team in the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions. The role involves collaborating with business and IT leaders to establish technical architecture, manage customer communications, and provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
• Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
• Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
• Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
• Provide industry leading technical expertise with Salesforce.
• Help to resolve, mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise.
• Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team
• Manages customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall architecture design.
• Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.? Guides customer through solution deployment.
• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proven experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Creating Technical requirements as an input to Salesforce solution design.
• Provide guidance to clients on leading IT and Salesforce practices.
• Assist technical leads in perform hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.
• Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.
• Associate with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and Architecture experience responsible for the following effort
• Plan and monitor technical consideration activities of the project.
• Perform health check for each org and assess orgs.
• Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security.
• Prepare Salesforce Config workbook detailing customizations and configurations or org.
• Support the Project Manager in defining overall solution and strategy and document.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM/Service Cloud Business scenarios.
• 6+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform on as senior technical lead/architecture roles.
• Experience working on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects.
• Strong expertise in Lightning/Communities, APEX, hands on with coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs Java Script, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
• Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP and legacy applications.
Preferred:
• Good to have Salesforce Certified platform developer
