Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Senior Sales Associate to join our team! As a Senior Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their gym membership needs and ensure an excellent training experience. Responsibilities may include working the register, processing memberships, and maintaining the gym appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of cash register operation. 

Responsibilities 
  • Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are training.
  • Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Work at a register to ring up and carry out membership sales.
  • Collect payments by cash and credit card
  • Issue receipts and refunds to customers
  • Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and gym maintenance.
  • Drive sales by participating in targeted membership promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
  • Develop and maintain solid martial arts and fitness knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a sales associate, sales rep, or similar
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
