  • Follow inbound process expectations, KPIs, SLAs, and activity targets.

  • Own and manage lead generation activity, forecasts, and performance reporting through regular sales updates.

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and Finastra products and services.

  • Participate in training programs as directed by the manager.

  • Participate in user group meetings, trade shows, or related business events as needed.

  • Contribute to meeting-setting goals and support the development of new business pipeline.

  • Use strong follow-up, persistence, and communication skills to engage prospects and support sales opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Interest in developing a career in sales, business development, demand generation, or a related commercial function.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.

  • Ability to engage prospects confidently through phone, email, social, and other outreach channels.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and conducting high-volume outreach activities.

  • Strong curiosity, coachability, and willingness to learn quickly.

  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with prospects, internal stakeholders, and sales partners.

  • Strong follow-up skills, persistence, and resilience.

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with pipeline, activity, and lead-generation goals.

  • Ability to understand basic sales processes, marketing funnels, and lead qualification concepts.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
