Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Mon & Thurs 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM; Tues, Wed, Sat 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM ( Standard Hours)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-focused healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, coordinating with healthcare providers, and supporting patients through education, treatment, and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.

  • Assess, evaluate, and develop care plans for patients with acute and chronic health conditions.

  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with clinical procedures.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Accurately document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR).

  • Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support.

  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Patient Care Associates (PCAs).

  • Ensure proper management of clinical supplies, medications, and emergency equipment.

Education & Licensure:
