Job Summary
The Associate Risk Management Officer is responsible for supporting the Risk Management Officer in the effective and proactive management of operational, market, liquidity, and credit risks within the business. This role is ideal for professionals looking to develop a career in financial risk management.
Job Description
  • 1. Liquidity & Interest Rate Risk Management
  • -Assist in preparing daily and weekly liquidity reports.
  • -Assist in conducting Liquidity Stress Testing (LST) and Interest Rate Risk (IRR) Stress Testing.
  • -Support Liquidity Risk Management activities, including measurement, monitoring, evaluation, and
  • reporting.
  • -Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes and reporting.
  • 2. Risk Management & Reporting
  • -Assist in the effective implementation of financial and operational risk frameworks.
  • -Analyze information and reports to establish trends, identify emerging risks, and consider initiatives to
  • reduce risk.
  • -Prepare comprehensive reports for the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and Asset Liability
  • Committee (ALCO).
  • -Other necessary works requested by the RMO
Qualifications
  • -Experience: Entry to Junior-Level (up to 5 years of relevant experience).
  • -Language: MUST speak and write Korean and English fluently.
  • -Education: College Degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
  • Statistics, or a related field.
  • -Work Style: * Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • o Ability to understand financial statements of a bank (required)
  • o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • o Able to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and agile environment.
  • o Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize.
