SUMMARY:

We are looking for an energetic, client focused, and detail-oriented Account Manager Associate. If you are looking for a role that will allow you to grow your insurance knowledge as well your career in insurance, this is the position for you. The Account Manager Associate is responsible for assisting Account Executives and Account Managers with the servicing of tasks in accordance with the practices, policies, and procedures of the Company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares certificates of insurance and certificate holders updates as required

  • Orders and processes scheduled loss runs and on demand loss run requests

  • Processes direct bill and agency bill endorsements and audits

  • Provides quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers

  • Prepares policy binders for delivery to clients

  • Maintains an accurate suspense system on all items that require a response

  • Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required

  • Provide receptionist support, when needed

  • Other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of insurance experience strongly preferred

  • Superior customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to work in a team environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems

  • Must be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal English communications skills

  • Ability or adaptability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

EDUCATION, LICENSING OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred

  • Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty License for required state/s.
