Description

We are currently ramping up their Operations organization to support the incoming influx of new Financial Advisor onboardings. These individuals will be responsible for assisting incoming FAs and Branch Associates with the New Accounts opening process which will include assisting with opening new accounts, ensuring that all compliance/regulatory items are in line for new account openings, providing white-glove service via email/Teams/phone for inquiries, and more.

Responsibilities:

-Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies/procedures and regulatory compliance requirements to adhere to all protocols when openings new customer accounts

-Develop and maintain necessary process and technical skills to execute new account planning activities

-Provide white-glove service to incoming clients by supporting inquiries, questions, or information requests as needed

-Assist with cases and inquiries that are escalated in nature by following SOP to engage with other departments

-Provide updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operation functions
