Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
• Direct the operational efforts and strategies of the food and beverage outlet.
• Supervise restaurant associates - bartenders, servers, dining room attendants, and host staff.
• Train associates on service standards and ensure that they are being used correctly.
• Assist with the smooth daily operation of the restaurant that includes demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain open communication between management and staff.
• Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
• Take immediate action to resolve operational issues in the kitchen or restaurant.
• Participate in daily stand-ups with staff and weekly food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
• Ensure all food served meets quality standards.
• Support food service operations across the hotel as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience in full-service restaurants required.
• Knowledge of beverage cost controls and sequence of service.
• Toast system experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
