Job description

The Multi Unit Restaurant Manager oversees multiple restaurant locations within a single format, ensuring consistent operations, high-quality customer service, and efficient staff management. This role requires frequent travel between units and reports directly to the Area Director. The manager plays a key role in maintaining compliance, managing budgets, and coordinating vendor relationships while fostering a positive and productive work environment. Although the position offers stability and leadership training, it has limited upward mobility.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support staff across multiple restaurant locations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality control
  • Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure stock levels
  • Oversee budgeting, expense monitoring, and cost control
  • Develop and maintain employee schedules
  • Lead employee training and development initiatives
