Benco Dental is searching for a Technical Support Intern for the Fall 2026 semester.

  • Ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.
  • Understand both hardware and software and show willingness to learn and apply new technology. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostics and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give hands-on help at the desktop level.
  • Responsible for configuring PCs and laptops for the company.
  • Create and maintain thorough knowledge base articles from incident documentation of common issues and maintenance.
  • Be the primary point of contact for incoming issues and working directly with reporters, triaging and prioritizing issues and working out of a Jira based project queue and backlog.
  • Make and maintain appointments to resolve issues with issue reporters.
  • Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company
  • Effectively communicates (reads, writes, and speaks) English
  • Performs other duties as assigned
