Job description
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Office Manager for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all virtual office operations and administrative processes
- Manage vendor relationships, service contracts and office supply procurement
- Maintain and control the office operations budget and process invoices accurately
- Coordinate logistics for company events, team off-sites and all travel arrangements
- Support HR and IT teams with onboarding, equipment provisioning and space planning
- Identify and implement operational improvements to boost team productivity
Requirements
- 4+ years of office management or operations management experience
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Confident communicator at all levels from staff through to executive leadership
- Proactive problem-solver with experience managing a virtual office environment
